There was some people in Croatia who said that Belarus stole the idea for the video from Aerosmith. I have never seen the "Jaded" video before, but now it seems that it may be true.

I heard a rumour that 'work your magic' was a tribute to the aerosmith jaded song; and that they did it on purpose. well..dima does like aerosmith...but i'm not sure. It seems unlikely that it's blatant copying because it is belarus' entry for eurovision.

Ybet, in show-business every attempt to "copy" someones work is very "dangerous" because they can punish you very rigorous. For example, if you copy someones song, even just 2 tacts (that's 8 notes) they can sue you.

they can't punish anyone for that because the songs are different and the esc is over this year. also philip kirkorov was in charge of making dima's video this year i think and if you look at a lot of his videos they are all very similar. they have fire at the beginning and a girl with brown hair and a beautiful building.

According to Croatian law, they can't punish Dima, because he wasn't included in the process of making the idea of video. The director of the video is one who could be punished. But that can be a very negative kick to his career because it happened at the beginning of it.
