I think it means:

Dima wanted to enter his dressingroom, but Dima didnt knock.
Boris was very angry about this and said: Where you come from (Belarus) havent you learned how to knock? After saying these words he pushed Dima out of his dressingroom.
Dima didnt expect this and almost fell! After a while, Boris came out of his dressingroom
nd looked all happy again.

WOW that guy is totally crazy, Dima didnt do anything. I think Boris totally over reacted!
