CIS countries are the former Soviet Republics, except of the Baltic states

They are the "soviet version" of the EU, and have the same function like the EU

 I already said it, the former Soviet Republics, except of the Baltic states (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia). And in the CIS are Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Tadzhikistan, Turkmenistan, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia

I'm not, ya dlya tebya doesn't sound very nice in russian but if they called it "i am for you" in english it would sound better in my opinion. But angel in the rain is so beautiful and sounds more like a good album.
